Lindsay attended and graduated from West Point Middle School at The United States Military Academy and James I. O’Neill High School (Highland Falls, NY) during the paranormal occurrences she describes in the podcast. Her recollection of events is from her memories of growing up on campus at USMA as a Fac Brat.

Lindsay holds an MBA from Florida International University (Miami, FL) and a BA from Dickinson College (Carlisle, PA). Lindsay’s corporate career includes marketing, sales and advertising roles at Siemens, Mentor Graphics, Ryder, Ogilvy and Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy (Selective Retail).

She currently resides outside of Portland, Oregon with her husband Anthony Van Nice, their two daughters and several furry friends. Anthony and Lindsay own and operate a historic Oregon vineyard and winery tasting room; Woodshed Wine Company and The Store at Woodshed.
